GRIP-FLEX Pre-Lifts fill in low spots, pot holes, deteriorated pavement, and pavement bird baths to help guarantee a beautiful, long-lasting GRIP-FLEX installation.
Large Cracks and holes, as well as low spots (bird baths) are carefully pre-filled with a GRIP-FLEX Binder / Mortar Mixture which consists of 20% more aggregate than standard surfacing in order to provide strength. The process may require several applications to complete successfully. This is what separates the GRIP-FLEX Product from all other pavement surfacing products.
And after several applications of GRIP-FLEX Binder / Mortar Mixture are applied then the GRIP-FLEX Surfacing is applied... and it is gone!
